I love meeting new clients and getting to know them. Everyone's hair is personal and uniquely their own. Approaching hair through this lens, allows me to collaborate with each client to achieve hair that is beautiful and effortless to maintain in their daily lives.
When I’m not doing hair I love to be in nature, cook and goof around with my two kids Ophelia Rose and George Theodore.

Jodi Glock
I am an Oregon transplant with my roots in Montana. I dreamed of doing hair in a big city. I followed my dreams to Newport Beach where I had the opportunity to train and work with some of the most talented stylists in Southern California. Coworkers and clients know me for my meticulous attention to detail and creativity to step out of the ordinary and help my clients achieve their goals.
Most recent education includes masters of Balayage, Goldwell Academy and Vidal Sassoon to name a few. I specialize in blondes, balayage, babylights and lived in hair as well as haircutting.
Tess SymOnds
With twenty plus years working with hair, Tess specializes in blonding, balayage, color services, haircutting and Natural Keratin Smoothing Services.
Tess has earned educational and teaching certificates from Kevin Murphy, Bumble and Bumble, and Goldwell. Continuing education is a constant for Tess as a stylist, both to keep techniques current and as a source of inspiration.
I truly enjoy building meaningful connections with every client. With careful attention to detail, I take the time to understand individual needs and preferences in order to craft hairstyles tailored to each client's unique personality and lifestyle. I began my journey as a hairstylist on the East Coast, making my way to Portland in 2007 where I found my new home.

My two decades working in TV and film informs my career as a personal stylist in hair, makeup and wardrobe. At Theo Rose I use various cutting and coloring methods in our lovely green certified salon. I value the opportunity to consult with clients to help them solve a quandary with their look. I teach valuable tips and tricks to achieve their look at home.
